YOM'S COMMISSION TOS (TERMS OF SERVICES)

GENERAL TERMS

• Clients are responsible provide their references or a clear description of the character design.• My commissions are done digitally and as soon as I finish the piece it’ll be provided via G-drive link or email.• Artworks aren’t permitted to use as a merchandise or to resell my art unless it is paid for that purpose (Vtuber models) or given permission.• Clients will be receiving 2 types of files an artwork with watermark and without watermark or no background. The only thing that you may post online are those artworks that has a watermark to avoid from being stolen. (For non Vtuber commissions)• Artworks shouldn’t be edited/altered by other artists without my permission.• Paying the artist is a confirmation that the client agreed with the TOS.

VTUBER COMMISSION TERMS

• Clients should pay the artist after the artist submit a base sketch of the model.• Changes can be done upon sketching otherwise the changes can be done by the consumer will be limited to 3.• Productivity of the artist depends on their time of availability and mental health. It usually takes 2 weeks for a Vtuber model please do be patient for the artist to finish if it overlaps the time limit. (Very moody artist please do respect :3)• NO REFUNDS!! Be mindful that you are commissioning for a large amount of money, refunds are not supposed to be a habit, you are wasting the time of the artist paying attention on your model It is rude if you would cancel something that the artist looking forward to. ┗|｀O′|┛

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payments can be done thru PayPal or Gcash if you live in the Philippines.• Payments are being sent full once the artist has provided a sketch of what the client wanted (to lessen client’s PayPal fee too).• Refunds aren’t valid if the artist has already started after the sent sketch of the piece.
